I finally got the report from my dentist that I’ve been waiting for!

I’ve been using your products for many years now, and they have benefited me. However, I have felt somewhat [disappointed] my tooth decay [wasn’t] changing.

Over the last two years I’ve been getting some blood tests and looking at lots of different factors in my health. And, despite the back, a very healthy diet (sort of western price type) my vitamins were still low on my blood test.

So, this fall, I really bumped up dropi cod liver oil, ghee, oyster extract, liver capsules, k2 and mineral drops for my water as well as a few other things. I continued to use Shine.

And this last trip to the dentist I was braced for the worst, as the last time I went three years ago, they said I had eight cavities; only one of which I had filled.

This was a new dentist to me and she was not a alternative dentist.

She did a full mouth exam with x-rays and said that she could see the spots where I had decay but that all of the spots were rock solid and did not need to be drilled and filled and only monitored. I Had one spot that she recommended being filled, but that I didn’t even need to have it drilled out, I am so grateful for this report!

I think that your product, as well as for some folks like myself, intensive nutritional healing is what it takes.

My five year old son visited the dentist six months ago and we were told that he had soft spots in his teeth.

Wow, I just went to the doctor today and had great news I wanted to share.

In June of 2021, my dentist told me that my pockets were all 4, 5, & 6’s and that I needed a deep cleaning, a crown, and had to fix a large cavity on the tooth behind the crown. A few months ago, I went to the dentist after roughly 5 years of no dental visits. At the end of the checkup and cleaning they told me I had 2 cavities in my 2 back molars that had both progressed into the dentin, which as you know is the second mineral layer past the enamel.

They had offered to perform the classic drill n’ fill, but having read a few articles from your emails and website, along with wellness mama’s website who led me to you guys, I refused the service and told them I would try to heal my teeth in a more natural way. The dental hygienist told me she had never seen anyone in her 12 years as a hygienist reverse cavities like I had, which I then replied to her saying I guess I will be the first.

After arriving home I immediately started to dive into articles from the OraWellness website and listen to expert interviews. I found one interview with Joette Calabrese to be the most helpful in my case.

After I gathered a ton of new information I felt super inspired to start my mouth healing journey. I started by using the proper bass brush technique with the bash brush I already had, and also started to use the shine powder daily and also combine it with coconut oil to make a paste and apply it to my molars after brushing at night.

I also changed the way I was eating by cutting out most acidic foods and carbs such as tomato sauce, potato chips and bread. Besides getting rid of a lot of foods from my diet I also added in a lot more nutrient dense animal foods such as organ meats and raw milk cheeses.

After meals I started rinsing my mouth and gargling with spring water, which is the only water I allowed in my mouth… no tap water with fluoride at all, not even to rinse after brushing.

I took the advice of Joette Calabrese and started to make my own bone broth and tried to consume that at least once a day and added in grass fed kefir yogurt as well. I also started taking calc fluor and calc phos twice daily.

Once I got my daily routine setup I went back to more articles and saw one on the importance of dentists who provide ozone treatments. I had to find a different dentist as the one I went to previously did not use ozone. I booked an appointment at the new dentist and they did the ozone treatment for me. I went back twice after 8 weeks between visits. On my third visit the dentist who was applying the ozone told me my molars were actually starting to reverse and the mineral was growing back.

After about 5 months of following my strict routine and ozone treatments I wanted to see how my teeth were coming along so I booked an appointment for cleaning and checkup at my new dentist. When the cleaning was finished and the final checkup was performed, there was no mention of any cavities! It was like they forgot about me ever having them or that they never existed. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy that all that time and dedication to diet and brushing paid off.

Wow! We couldn’t be more grateful to discovering Ora Wellness.

After a dental visit for my 7 year old, they pointed out a “dot” on his routine x-ray. They said it could be a potential cavity. I opted to wait six months and take another x-ray at his next appointment.

I just found out one of the reasons I struggled with cavities for years: I have an autoimmune disease which causes dry mouth, and was depleted by stress and further health issues.

I ended up with 11 cavities a few years ago despite great oral hygiene. I finally ordered many of your products at that time, including several containers of Shine.

Within 3 months, 10 of the cavities were gone and only the oldest deepest one needed a filling. The hygienist thought I must have had those cavities filled elsewhere as they were gone.

I have continued to use your products and in the 3 years since then, have no new cavities, continued great gum health and very little plaque at my dental visits.

While we know your products solved my problem and the question was rhetorical anyway, in case you want more info as proof the dentist did not misdiagnose, here are some more details (the whole story):

I had gone to one dentist from 2014 to 2018 with Xrays and yearly dental exams showing 10, then 11 cavities, consistently every year. I was reluctant to get that many fillings so I worked hard to try to improve the situation myself. It didn’t work.

I ordered your products and used Shine and Brushing Blend. After 3 months of using Shine, I got Xrays, Cone Beam scan and exam at completely different dental office, where they compared previous Xrays and dental records. They couldn’t explain where 10 of the cavities went and they assumed I had got them filled elsewhere. I then had only the one deepest oldest cavity filled.

I considered keeping copies of my before and after Xrays as proof, but the dentist said that even old/healed cavities can show up as similar dark spots, so it wasn’t worth bothering.

Since 2018, I have had no new cavities and my gums have improved. Very little plaque and only 1-3mm pockets, with lots of 1mm in 2023. The experienced hygienist said they hadn’t seen gums this good at the office in years!

 

November 2023 UPDATE:

I’ve shared my big success already, and have some little updates. (Since 2018, your Shine powder healed my 10 cavities in 3 months and has kept them away since, and your Brushing Blend reduced my gum pockets to 1-3mm, the best gums the hygienist had seen in years!)

I keep hearing from people that my teeth are so white and they want to know how I whiten my teeth. Yet I used to have translucent teeth that stain easily. I think your Shine powder strengthens my enamel to increase opaque whiteness and prevent staining. Maybe the brushing blend helps to clean well, too.

I realized when reading your email that I also use the oil blend for other things. When travelling, or for convenience, rather than have multiple essential oils on hand, I use the oil blend for bug bites, acne, sore throat, freshening up a hotel room/airplane/mask, and more.

I will say this, we have run out of powder about a month ago and had to resort back to western toothpaste. Our whole family have noticed straight away that our teeth aren’t getting as clean from the genetic brand of toothpaste. Plaque has built up and breaths stink even though our brushing hasn’t changed. We have 5 kids and every time we went to the dentist there were cavities to fill! We eat a non processed organic Whole Foods diet with very little sugar and my kids brush and floss everyday.

March 14, 2025 (update):
We actually took about a year off and then my kids had cavities again.

One of my 5 kids was very consistent with the [Shine] powder after the cavities (his personality) and when we went back to the dentist 6 months later he was the only one out of 5 with no cavities. 2 that were on watch were gone.

After that, we were all committed again and back on the [Shine] powder.
