How do I return products to you for a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that our product(s) didn’t work out for you.

For physical products, we have a 365-day return/refund policy.

To return your products, please ship them in a flat rate USPS envelope (or box) to:

Also, please be sure to include a note stating your name, address, and order number (if you have it) in the return package.

We will issue a refund back to your original method of payment (excluding all shipping fees) as soon as we receive the products.

Please keep any used Bass toothbrushes as our gift to your future oral health.  These specially designed toothbrushes alone are a wonderful tool to help facilitate improved oral health.

For electronic products, we have a 30-day refund policy. To initiate a refund on electronic items that you purchased, please contact us.
