On Friday 12/12/2025, I met with still another dentist. I have lived here 5 yrs, and this is the 6th dentist I’ve seen (not including 3 others for my kids). This dentist was the most expensive in our area yet offers all of the holistic mindsets & tools you all teach about (ozone, Cone Beam imaging, PRP treatments, etc). After seeing 3 dentists this summer who told me I had earlier perio-disease I was cautiously hopeful that this experience would be different. But I had been very diligent to use the HealThy Mouth System from you all to treat my gums, not even taking a break when we had a 2 wk camping trip. My faintest hopes were definitely far exceeded!
I went to the appointment just barely daring to hope that I’d at least feel I could trust the way they practice, but thinking that I may need a LOT of dental work… cavities filled, perio-treatment, root canal in question…
From the beginning to the end of the appointment the staff was calm & low- key, conversational & friendly, not hurried or impatient like other offices. I loved that the hygienist showed me “their way” of flossing – just the same way OraWellness teaches – rotate the floss so each tooth gets a new section. Then she did my perio-charting: it was like a dream listening to her say the numbers – 323, 313, 212, 212, 313… etc. NO 4s or 5s OR 6s!!!
I held my breath while she did the bottom teeth… same thing! Hallelujah!! I was ready to praise then! But I knew I still needed to see the dentist and hear his thoughts on possible cavities, and the CB x-ray.
When the hygienist went out to grab the dentist I overheard them talking outside the door… “I’m so excited to meet her” the dentist said, referring to me. The hygienist had told him about some of my oral care practices already and the toothpaste & floss I was using and had shown her (OraWellness, of course!)
He let me know he saw no cavities just some staining and no fillings needed!! Praise God! So so thankful that 2 of 3 issues were non-issues.
It was so exciting looking at my own CB x-ray after watching, studying, and note-taking from your podcast overview of the CB imaging! The dentist did find infection in my root canal which I was not too surprised by since most root canals end up with issues. The plan they proposed for removing is exactly the sort of way I’d hope to have it treated. So even though it won’t be fun to have that removed, I feel peace about the procedure with this dentist!
Praise God, I feel like He gave me a mini miracle with no gum infections & no cavities (previous dentists have proposed treatments for both – fillings & periodontal deep cleaning). And even with PEACE when facing the root canal extraction.
I am so excited to have found this dentist, that my husband is comfortable paying for it, that our finances can float it… and I have no cavities and no gum disease! 🙌🏼

I had bought almost everything from the store over the years-and they are all wonderful. I love that they teach you how teeth work, to do things naturally rather than with chemicals, and share what all their ingredients are. The only thing I hadn’t used was the whole HealThy Mouth System with Pocket Applicator-because I didn’t have a need. Well, things change.
I got an abscess during a covid infection. My dentist only wanted me to go to a perio. I wanted to check and see what OraWellness had about that, since I’d never had anything like that before. During the cleaning my teeth had no sensitivity whatsoever, no bleeding, and in the days after there was no tenderness at all. I purchased this [HealThy Mouth] System because I was basically desperate. In a weird chain of events I saw it on The Real Food Company’s website in the UK. I researched your website and it seemed to align with my research on natural products but mainly because I had hope that it would help.
Backstory, I had some dental work done last year which left two teeth on my right hand side sensitive and the nerves just wouldn’t settle down. I’ve basically had pain now for nearly 18 months and at the same time my jaw was hurting.

I began using these products about 5 years ago to heal periodontal disease, based on Susan’s story of doing the same.
My new dentist wouldn’t clean my teeth because the disease was so advanced. He told me I needed to make an appt. for gum surgery immediately.

Wow, I just went to the doctor today and had great news I wanted to share.
In June of 2021, my dentist told me that my pockets were all 4, 5, & 6’s and that I needed a deep cleaning, a crown, and had to fix a large cavity on the tooth behind the crown. The bill was for several thousand dollars. I went home and cried – I couldn’t believe how “bad” my teeth were. I ended up taking care of the crown but refused to do the other work they wanted done.

It was 2016, I believe, that I first found you and the path of OraWellness. What a treasure your teaching and products have been to me.
Last month we had business in Mexico, and I had our dentist there examine my mouth and measure the gum pockets. He measured much more quickly than I have ever experienced before, generally 6-10 teeth before recording. At the end of the exam his measurements were primarily 2-2-2 mm. Five years ago they were predominantly 3’s, 4’s, and several 5’s.
I returned home and immediately booked a measurement appointment with my dentist office here in Canada. When corrected for pressure, they are 2’s, 1’s, and 3’s! Confirmation that my gum pockets have been filling in wonderfully over these 5 years. (NOTE: The dental hygienist here was new to the office. Like the dentist in Mexico, she measured more quickly than the previous hygienist ever had, recording after 4-6 teeth rather than 2-3. Her pressure was significantly stronger than either her predecessor or our Mexican dentist, and she advised that her numbers may not correlate precisely with theirs. In fact, they did…when reduced by 1 mm each.)
Now, I point out that I have not been using GPS (Gum Pocket Syringing) for the past year. I am generally proxy brushing with HealThy Mouth 1-2 times daily, and bass brushing with Shine and H2O2 only once a day. I drink mainly pure water. I frequently rinse my mouth out with water, and often proxy brush either with water or food grade H2O2 after sweets.
Dr. Armenta also assessed the plaque/tartar. He said there is no real tartar/calculus in my mouth, but some soft calculus. There are 2 prior composite fillings that have failed over the past year, which he advised me not to fill or crown. Of course he recommended a cleaning, and as I wanted to leave some money in his pocket I agreed. He gave me the first dental cleaning I’ve had in nearly 45 years, and remarked that it was easy.
My local hygienist informed me that, as I recall, there is “slightly crusty calculus” below the gum line which she says will inhibit gum reattachment to the teeth. (No notes about locations or depths in her records, unfortunately.) The gum pocket measurements above suggest that this inhibition is either not happening or is negligible. However, GPS does seem called for.
That’s my update report for you, for OraWellness, and for my own records. It’s the truth, and I am indebted to you.
