I’ve been using Healthy Blend and Shine for a while now. When I started my gums were bleeding. Now my gums look healthy and my mouth feels really clean. Can’t say that my teeth are any whiter which was a disappointment, but I’m not giving up.

After 3 weeks of using shine my tooth sensitivity is completely reversed. I had one tooth that was especially troublesome (pain and extreme sensitivity) and it has resolved completely.

My teeth are whiter and I look forward to using shine as part of my daily routine.

It took only a few days to get used to spooning the powder out of the container and placing my toothbrush over top of a small dish to reserve the excess. I then wet my finger and insert it into the small dish with the exces to wipe over my teeth after I have finished brushing.

My 5 year old also enjoys using shine and is happy when we have extra powder for her to rub on her teeth! We ordered the mint flavour and it is a hit! Usually my daughter says mint is “too spicy” but she loves this.

I do love both products. Am a “mature” lady (well, actually just a LOL) and an actress so taking care of teeth is critical. Loved finally finding a product to help mend many years of assault on my teeth.
As I hated seeing all that lovely Shine go down the drain when I brushed with it, I opted for a different process. After flossing, I brush gently with some baking soda to do an initial cleaning. I then use the Healthy Mouth Blend to massage gums, etc. and then I use my finger to apply the Shine gently to all my teeth and I let it just hang around in there for as long as possible.

I did have that black edge at base of lower front teeth and that IS DISSIPATING and two of those teeth are clear of the black strip. I also had a small cavity on one lower front tooth and it appears smaller and less dark. I think this stuff is working wonderfully.
