I have never had good teeth my entire life. Over the years I have had thousands of dollars spent but did not put the effort into keeping my teeth clean with flossing and brushing. Consequently at this present time My gums have receded and I was having terrible pain in several of my teeth and extreme sensitivity.

I ordered the Shine when it first came out and have used it almost daily (at night) ever since. I was already using the HealTHY Mouth Blend, but would alternate it with commercial toothpastes for sensitive teeth, which worked moderately well.

My new routine became the Blend in the morning and the Shine (and flossing with Ecodent) at night. I noticed that my sensitive teeth were responding to the Shine better than the previous toothpastes I used. Cold drinks and toothbrushing were not causing those sensitive spots misery anymore.

Some of my enamel is very worn at the gumlines and those areas may always be a little sensitive, but they are definitely better! Coffee and tea stains are diminished. In the past, I have used bleach from the dentist’s office in trays molded to fit over my teeth, and though it helped make my teeth whiter, it made them ache for days. I’ll never go back to that method again.

Shine hasn’t made my teeth BRIGHT white, but they are improving in a gentle, painless, completely safe way. It tastes good and is my favorite part of my dental care routine.
