The interview with Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary blessed me and confirmed for me the direction I need to further myself in to achieve optimum health.

I have been culling information on gut health, hormone balancing, and the adrenals, and have begun a sporadic consumption of collagen, bone broth, kombucha, kimchi, and yogurt, with the latter three being the most oft consumed. I once used triphala when I took myself off thyroid supplementation to pursue an ayurvedic approach. I had no idea the “side” benefit and after learning my TSH was too high I caved and went back on levothyroxine.

I always thought brushing was to remove food! So knowing its about breaking up bacteria helps motivate me to brush in the morning as well. Also that it can be spread from person to person. Its nice having the oil to acutely do something beneficial including between the teeth.

First of all, I love the tooth brush, I’m very picky about my toothbrushes. My mouth feel much cleaner after brushing in a short time with the way you showed on the video.

I was skeptical when I read a review of someone who shared brushing with the oil even, she feels her teeth got whiter.  But now I agree to that!

Since i have been using OralWellness products I notice a hugh difference with the problem areas in my mouth.
