Since I started using the Orawellness system, I don’t have any stains, even though I’m an everyday coffee drinker, and I won’t ever give up a good fresh cup of coffee. My gums are healthy, plaque is very little to none. The dentist asked me last time why I even came in, there’s hardly anything to clean, even though my last cleaning was…. Been using MCHA and not getting any new cavities.

But a filling fell out and my dentist is repairing at a cost of $880 for 3 sides of tooth!

I guess MCHA can’t help a loss of a filling. But I sure am using the powder around the and on the tooth till it gets filled next week.

I brush with the oil and the powder usually. I then rinse my mouth and brush with just the powder and leave in my mouth trying to move it around in my mouth.

It seems intuitive to leave the powder for its healing effects.

As a child my family was upper middle class so that meant we unfortunately could afford a dentist at very young ages.

I had so many cavities (real or unreal) filled with amalgam. After 40 years I had 9 amalgam replaced with not so toxic filling. I last went to the dentist in 2014 where the dentist, smelling money, told me to buy a night guard and that I should have all the mercury fillings removed. Various night guards somehow caused some of my teeth to become very sore and loose on one side. I didn’t go back to the dentist for fear of having all my teeth pulled or some other barbarity.

At that time I stopped using commercial toothpaste and used baking soda instead. It took about 8 months for my teeth to tighten up again.

I stopped wearing the night guard and started using the Heal thy Mouth and oil pulling and more recently the Shine. I went to the dentist in June 2018 and other than gum recession they found no other problems with hardly any tartar or build-up.

The dentist’s advice was to apply fluoride and floss more and use fluoride mouth wash and toothpaste and a night guard. I decided to stick with what I am doing, except I will floss more!

Heal Thy Mouth is a wonderful product. I had a critical bleeding gum issue and Heal Thy Mouth has been my secret weapon to correct it.
