I have been using the Healthy Mouth Blend for almost a year. I began using it to try to halt the gum recession that I was battling. I have watched my Mom lose teeth to her severe gum recession and I wanted to avoid this at all cost.

Good dental hygiene was not a priority in my family growing up, but eating sweets, breads and pastries certainly was. After college I had 10 cavities filled and a crown. I hated the experience. I just want to thank OraWellness.com for your oral blend and free resource so much!!! A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with periodontal disease with red swollen gums, gums pulling away from my teeth and gums bleeding like crazy. I tried brushing and flossing three times a day with little improvement. I hated flossing because the floss would cut my gums and never seem to help. I also tried oil-pulling with coconut oil and that helped a little but it still wasn’t much improvement. I came upon your website and made my first order of the oral blend and studied your video on the proper way to brush my teeth. On my next dentist appointment and without informing my hygienist, I saw my gum gaps shrink but I still had lots of bleeding.

I came back to Orawellness.com and went under “Free Resources” and found your article about the best floss to use along with advice on how best to use the blend. Somewhere in the article, someone mentioned Dr. Tung’s Smart Floss and once I did my research, let me just said that I LOVE FLOSSING!!! I have finally a complete dental routine, in the mornings I use a little baking soda and 3-4 drops of the oral blend and then in the evenings I floss with the Smart Floss and then brush with the oral blend.
