I went for a cleaning yesterday, and the hygienist asked if I used an electric toothbrush, and I said yes. Then she asked about toothpaste. I said I use Smile from Orawellness (I’ve used Smile since April 2025). I’ve been using Orawellness products since 2015. The hygienist said she uses Smile, too. What a surprise!

She also mentioned that the dentist/owner of the dental system is very open to natural methods for dental care.

We have been using this [HealThy Mouth Blend] oil for ten years now.

We were super skeptical until both my husband and I noticed an increase in saliva with brushing on day one (weird but we kept at it).

The first dental appointment we went to my husband had no new cavities, and the one “they were watching” they just said we will keep watching it, but also made mention how much better his teeth seemed. My husband also mentioned how much less scraping they had to do.

Next was my turn, good report all around, we eventually had kids and have had them using it. The dentist had made mention how their teeth are some of the cleanest teeth he has seen on kids.

I finally went to a new hygienist and dentist that was more in line with my philosophy on what a dental visit should look like.

I was thrilled to hear that during my cleaning, the hygienist reported that most of my gum pockets were ones and twos with just a couple of threes in the back molars!

The only change that I can tell is that I had been using the OraWellness Shine and HealThy Mouth [Blend], along with the new floss.

I had to share this testimony because it is true. While I had no cavities, 2 of my smaller molars had craze lines along the sides of the tooth. The fillings themselves were still intact, but the dentist said they could crack at any time, and so I am going ahead with the crowns, but know that I will recover quickly.

Hi [OraWellness], remember me?

Thought I’d drop a quick update. I have just 0’s 1’s and 2’s apart from two or three ‘3’s at the back behind the end molars. This is following the laser treatment I had (since then I’ve had two minor follow up laser treatments just for the back molars).

But my mouth overall has hugely stabilized – if you recall in 2015 I had 48 x ‘7’s, and one of my molars before treatment got to about 8 or even 10 I think, and I was told 2 or 3 teeth were at risk of being lost – but my dentist doesn’t say that anymore.

I still use your brilliant products, and wanted to say thank you for your wonderfully informed website and links, which led me to hunt around for a laser therapist in the UK – and I think I found one of the best (there are very few) – Rana Al-Falaki. I think she has now become a life coach, having reached the top of her field.

Anyway – wanted to send you and your team a big thank you before I forget.

I’ve also had two implants (upper top two teeth) following bone grafting – all seems very stable after about 2 or 3 years – am so grateful to actually have two stable front teeth again – I thought it would never happen and I’d be in falsies forever.

It was a long and arduous journey, but for now at least, all is well.
