I love the tongue cleaner. Using a toothbrush on my tongue makes me gag.
Thank you for this excellent info. I’ve been doing the tongue scrapping for a couple of months now and, wow, it really does make a difference but can’t wait to also add brushing with the mouth blend to the ritual.
We’re so glad it’s helping!
Thanks for letting us know!
That was very helpful, thanks!
Hi,
Thanks for the informative video, it’s great you demonstrate and give detailed instructions.
Just got my tongue cleaner from the free offer and 3 days in I can already see a difference. My mouth used to get a white film on it and that’s mostly now gone. I also used to get a consistently unpleasant taste in mouth about an hour after I ate but that has gone since I used the tongue cleaner. Really happy with the results so far.
Aloha Maria,
Thank you for stopping by to share how much you’ve benefited already from using your tongue cleaner! It really is amazing for anyone new to this healthy habit.
In the past when I scraped my tongue I did so with a metal spoon. It worked pretty well and then I could throw the spoon in de dishwasher!
I like it when I don’t need to many one purpose tools 🙂
Aloha Kit,
Agreed. A metal spoon can work, but the angle isn’t as intentional as a tongue cleaner. I hear you on the desire to keep it simple with less tools…
Thank you! Very informative, I am in trying to keep my mouth clean as well as my heath.
I started using your products a while ago. I wanted something better than the ingredients in tooth paste . My Hygenest also told me I had 2 areas where my gum depths were 5 mm. I see the Hygenest about every 3 months. My last visit both of those 5 mm. depths are now 4’s. I feel like I’m in control of my mouth. I’m not just going along for the ride. Thank you.
