If you forget to cancel / extend the next ship date of your subscription, simply reach out to us ASAP so we can see what we can do to help.
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it. And if it has already shipped out, we can still help: we’ll give you instructions for how to refuse delivery on your package. Then once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue your refund.
