I didn’t get an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

First, thank you for ordering with us! There are a couple of scenarios that prevent a customer from receiving their confirmation email:

  • Truly the order hit a snag and didn’t complete, or
  • Sometimes customers accidentally mistype their email address when ordering, so the confirmation goes to the wrong email address

If you hit a snag ordering with us, we will receive an alert and reach out to you to offer support in placing your order. Unfortunately, if you mistyped your email address, we have no way of knowing that this happened.

Feel free to reach out to us with your full name so we can check our database to see if your order processed, to help you complete your order if it didn’t process, and to resend your order confirmation email to you.
