How do I change / update my subscription order payment method?
Here are the steps for how to navigate to your subscriptions in your account to change / update your billing information:
- Go to www.orawellness.com
- Click Account –> Customer login and then log into your account*
- Once you’re logged in, you should see an Account page that shows your Order History. On that page, look for the “Manage Subscriptions” link and click it. That will take you to the subscription portal.
- In the subscription portal, there are different clickable options: Home, Subscriptions, Upcoming Orders, Purchase History, Shipping, and Payment Methods. Click the Payment Methods option.
- Once you’re in the Payment Methods section, you’ll see an “add new payment method” button. Simply click that button and follow the steps to add a new payment method.
- Now that you’ve updated your payment method, you’ll need to link your subscriptions to it. To do that, click on the Subscriptions tab, go into your subscription products, and update your payment method there.
- Once you’ve linked your subscriptions to your new payment method, now you can delete your old payment method by clicking on the Payment Methods menu to the left, click on the old payment, and click the button to remove it.
