Canceling an order with us is really simple.
If your order is queued to be processed, there’s a chance that we will be able to cancel it prior to shipment. Contact us to request cancellation, and we’ll try to stop the package before it ships.
Otherwise, if your order is already headed to you, you can simply ‘refuse delivery’ of the package when the postal person attempts to deliver it, and it will be shipped back to us. We’ll refund you as soon as we receive the returned package.
