Once you’ve purchased the HealThy Mouth System and logged into your account on our site, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “HealThy Mouth System Education” link in the “The Best Natural…” section.

That’s where you can download and read the HealThy Mouth Handbook and begin watching the educational videos (ideally, you’d watch them in the order in which they appear).

Then, when you feel empowered, you can begin implementing the various strategies from the videos and handbook to help support your oral (and whole-body) health. 🙂
