I’ve been using the system and Bass brushing technique for about 4 months. The first time I used the Shine powder and Bass toothbrush, my teeth felt as clean as when I come from the dentist.
I’ve waited quite a while to review the Healthy Teeth and Gums Starter Kit because I wanted to use the product for a while and have a dental check-up before I posted a review.

In October of 2015, I went to a periodontist who said I needed $14K worth of dental surgery. I was so upset, but knew my gums were not in good shape.
I stopped using my electric toothbrush, started using your Healthy Mouth Blend, using a water pik, and your toothbrush. I also used coconut oil with the Healthy Mouth Blend every morning.

I will say this, we have run out of powder about a month ago and had to resort back to western toothpaste. Our whole family have noticed straight away that our teeth aren’t getting as clean from the genetic brand of toothpaste. Plaque has built up and breaths stink even though our brushing hasn’t changed. This again has been a testament to us all that your powder is the only product in the world to actually do what its states, clean and remineralize teeth..
Time and time again I am amazed at the benefits of this shine powder. It has reduced all sensitive teeth in my mouth and my wife’s. No more bracing for pain when drinking ice cold water or food. It healed my 6yr daughters teeths. She was supposed to have 3 baby root canal treatments and several fillings. After two years of using your shine powder her teeth still haven’t needed the treatment and are all fine. I just found out one of the reasons I struggled with cavities for years: I have an autoimmune disease which causes dry mouth, and was depleted by stress and further health issues.
I ended up with 11 cavities a few years ago despite great oral hygiene. I finally ordered many of your products at that time, including several containers of Shine.
Within 3 months, 10 of the cavities were gone and only the oldest deepest one needed a filling. The hygienist thought I must have had those cavities filled elsewhere as they were gone.
I have continued to use your products and in the 3 years since then, have no new cavities, continued great gum health and very little plaque at my dental visits.
I love the smooth feel of the oil blend on my teeth, and it feels good to know that I can prevent cavities despite this autoimmune condition. Thank you!

It was 2016, I believe, that I first found you and the path of OraWellness. What a treasure your teaching and products have been to me.
Last month we had business in Mexico, and I had our dentist there examine my mouth and measure the gum pockets. He measured much more quickly than I have ever experienced before, generally 6-10 teeth before recording. At the end of the exam his measurements were primarily 2-2-2 mm. Five years ago they were predominantly 3’s, 4’s, and several 5’s.
I returned home and immediately booked a measurement appointment with my dentist office here in Canada. When corrected for pressure, they are 2’s, 1’s, and 3’s! Confirmation that my gum pockets have been filling in wonderfully over these 5 years. (NOTE: The dental hygienist here was new to the office. Like the dentist in Mexico, she measured more quickly than the previous hygienist ever had, recording after 4-6 teeth rather than 2-3. Her pressure was significantly stronger than either her predecessor or our Mexican dentist, and she advised that her numbers may not correlate precisely with theirs. In fact, they did…when reduced by 1 mm each.)
Now, I point out that I have not been using GPS (Gum Pocket Syringing) for the past year. I am generally proxy brushing with HealThy Mouth 1-2 times daily, and bass brushing with Shine and H2O2 only once a day. I drink mainly pure water. I frequently rinse my mouth out with water, and often proxy brush either with water or food grade H2O2 after sweets.
Dr. Armenta also assessed the plaque/tartar. He said there is no real tartar/calculus in my mouth, but some soft calculus. There are 2 prior composite fillings that have failed over the past year, which he advised me not to fill or crown. Of course he recommended a cleaning, and as I wanted to leave some money in his pocket I agreed. He gave me the first dental cleaning I’ve had in nearly 45 years, and remarked that it was easy.
My local hygienist informed me that, as I recall, there is “slightly crusty calculus” below the gum line which she says will inhibit gum reattachment to the teeth. (No notes about locations or depths in her records, unfortunately.) The gum pocket measurements above suggest that this inhibition is either not happening or is negligible. However, GPS does seem called for.
That’s my update report for you, for OraWellness, and for my own records. It’s the truth, and I am indebted to you.

Hello! I am writing to you because I am so happy with my results after using the Heal Thy Mouth oil blend for only 1.5 months!
I had my cleaning with the dentist 1.5 months ago where she told me I had gum pockets of 4, 5 and even some 6 and so she referred me to a gum specialist. I was pretty upset about this and so I dove into some research online on how to help my problem and found your website.

Wow! We couldn’t be more grateful to discovering Ora Wellness.
After a dental visit for my 7 year old, they pointed out a “dot” on his routine x-ray. They said it could be a potential cavity. I opted to wait six months and take another x-ray at his next appointment.

A few months ago, I went to the dentist after roughly 5 years of no dental visits. At the end of the checkup and cleaning they told me I had 2 cavities in my 2 back molars that had both progressed into the dentin, which as you know is the second mineral layer past the enamel.
They had offered to perform the classic drill n’ fill, but having read a few articles from your emails and website, along with wellness mama’s website who led me to you guys, I refused the service and told them I would try to heal my teeth in a more natural way. The dental hygienist told me she had never seen anyone in her 12 years as a hygienist reverse cavities like I had, which I then replied to her saying I guess I will be the first.
After arriving home I immediately started to dive into articles from the OraWellness website and listen to expert interviews. I found one interview with Joette Calabrese to be the most helpful in my case.
After I gathered a ton of new information I felt super inspired to start my mouth healing journey. I started by using the proper bass brush technique with the bash brush I already had, and also started to use the shine powder daily and also combine it with coconut oil to make a paste and apply it to my molars after brushing at night.
I also changed the way I was eating by cutting out most acidic foods and carbs such as tomato sauce, potato chips and bread. Besides getting rid of a lot of foods from my diet I also added in a lot more nutrient dense animal foods such as organ meats and raw milk cheeses.
After meals I started rinsing my mouth and gargling with spring water, which is the only water I allowed in my mouth… no tap water with fluoride at all, not even to rinse after brushing.
I took the advice of Joette Calabrese and started to make my own bone broth and tried to consume that at least once a day and added in grass fed kefir yogurt as well. I also started taking calc fluor and calc phos twice daily.
Once I got my daily routine setup I went back to more articles and saw one on the importance of dentists who provide ozone treatments. I had to find a different dentist as the one I went to previously did not use ozone. I booked an appointment at the new dentist and they did the ozone treatment for me. I went back twice after 8 weeks between visits. On my third visit the dentist who was applying the ozone told me my molars were actually starting to reverse and the mineral was growing back.
After about 5 months of following my strict routine and ozone treatments I wanted to see how my teeth were coming along so I booked an appointment for cleaning and checkup at my new dentist. When the cleaning was finished and the final checkup was performed, there was no mention of any cavities! It was like they forgot about me ever having them or that they never existed. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy that all that time and dedication to diet and brushing paid off.
