Shine is a wonderful addition to my oral care routine. I use it along with the Heal thy Mouth blend. I love the wooden spoon provided with the product. It is important to be aware that metal will mess with the clay ability to pull toxins. So this takes care of the need to find another option for application.

I use it 20 minutes after a green smoothie or anytime throughout the day that I eat anything that may stain my teeth. So I use Heal thy Mouth morning and night, and Shine throughout the day as needed. I feel it does clean well and is healthy for my mouth and teeth.

I also, oil pull with traditional Sesame oil twice a day. My overall health has improved. Just have patience and let the process happen.
