I had gum grafting 11 years ago due to a long frenulus that pulled my gums down. Since then I’ve been scared to damage it, so I brush really lightly there, but that has led to some inflammation.
I use the healthy mouth blend on interdental sticks, and it has really tamed the inflammation. The tissue is turning a lighter pink instead of red. I also got the tooth polish in cinnamon. I like it much better than the mint with menthol.
