I have been using the Healthy Mouth Blend for almost a year. I began using it to try to halt the gum recession that I was battling. I have watched my Mom lose teeth to her severe gum recession and I wanted to avoid this at all cost.

At my last check up the Dentist informed me that my gum recession was moving the other direction. The pockets I had were down to nothing deeper than a 3! This is an incredible improvement!
