I started using the Shine toothpowder and Healthy Mouth Blend and the bamboo toothbrush about six months ago. Last week at my dental cleaning, I was delighted to learn that my chronic 9 mm pocket has decreased by 2 and 3 mm on either side! Other smaller pockets have decreased by 2 mm each, and are no longer considered pockets at all. My hygienist and I are thrilled.
