We know this is no laughing matter. But we do hope that our silly video here has helped bring a smile to your face.
We don’t know what cosmic forces caused this to happen to you and us.
But what we do know is we are here to make it up to you, make it good with you, and help get you back to that peaceful place where your HealThy Mouth Blend drops flow well and keep your teeth from feeling fuzzy!
What happened?
In the spirit of explanations (not excuses!), what we discovered is that due to a production mistake, the tiny hole in the plastic reducer in the neck of the HealThy Mouth Blend is just a little smaller than it’s supposed to be.
And that tiny bit of difference makes all the difference when you’re trying to get the blend to flow from your bottle (especially in the winter, when the blend can get a little more viscous due to colder temperatures).
So again, we are so sorry for any frustration this may have caused you. Our mission is to help more healthy smiles shine into the world, so causing you anything less than feeling good is heading in the wrong direction for us.
So here’s how we plan to make it good with you.
